As President of Connected Care at Baxter International, I led a globally deployed ecosystem connecting 2.5 million medical devices, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled software across 6,000+ hospitals in 24/7 life-safety environments. That meant P&L accountability, platform architecture, enterprise commercialization, and operational resilience — simultaneously, at scale, in one of the most regulated industries in the world. The defining moments of my career have not been product launches or revenue milestones — they have been the decisions made at 2am during a cybersecurity incident, the platform migrations that could not fail, and the moments where technology and patient outcomes became the same conversation.
