I am a commercial-minded builder; a builder of systems, organizations and solutions. In my role at Sparq (formerly Rural Sourcing), I'm fortunate to work with an amazing group of builders. I'm responsible for our AI enablement and execution program and solutions consulting. I enjoy spending time in the field with our clients learning about their business challenges and opportunities, and seeking to solve their most pressing problems. My role extends beyond leadership; it’s about fostering a culture of collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and creativity. Together, we engage in client discovery, solution design, and technical consultation, ensuring every solution is crafted with precision and aligned with both client needs and Sparq's high standards. As a builder, I have developed AI-infused systems, assistants and agents using various platforms (OpenAI, Langflow, Claude, etc.). I'm also keenly interested in Safe AI -- using LLMs that are protected within an organization's digital walls, or even local LLMs using solutions like LM Studio or Ollama. Key areas of focus for our Solution Consulting team include: ● Driving business and technical discovery to design innovative, tailored solutions. ● Architecting technology solutions that balance client affinities, financial considerations, user experience, and cutting-edge tools. ● Developing Proof of Concepts and client demonstrations to validate ideas and build trust. ● Acting as technical advisors, bridging sales and delivery to ensure seamless execution. ● Innovating commercial models and offering development to drive scalable growth. I’m excited to continue driving innovation and empowering clients to succeed in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
