About Dennis Ganesh

Dennis Ganesh is Chief Technology Officer at RPG. Location: Charlotte Metro, United States.

Technology is no longer a support function. It is a business capability and increasingly, a source of competitive advantage. For more than 30 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and organizational transformation, helping companies modernize complex environments across financial services, energy, government contracting, and other highly regulated industries. Today, as Chief Technology Officer at Riley Power Group, I lead enterprise technology strategy and transformation across digital platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, data, and AI. Our technology environment supports mission-critical Department of Defense and Department of Energy programs, where resilience, security, compliance, and operational execution are fundamental requirements. Previously, at Ally Financial, I held enterprise leadership roles spanning architecture, innovation, AI, data, and infrastructure within a large, highly regulated financial institution. That experience shaped how I approach transformation at scale: technology alone rarely solves the problem. Sustainable transformation requires the right operating model, governance, architecture, talent, and alignment between technology and the business. My leadership philosophy is centered on building strong teams, establishing clear accountability, simplifying complexity, and creating technology capabilities that produce measurable business outcomes. I believe the role of a technology executive is not to own every technical decision, but to build the organization, leadership system, and strategic architecture that enable the enterprise to execute. I’m also the founder of CloakAI, where I explore privacy-preserving and resilient AI architectures for regulated enterprises. I believe enterprise AI will ultimately be defined not simply by model capability, but by trust, governance, security, and the ability to integrate AI responsibly into how organizations operate.
