With over 30+ years of software and business experience, I have led and taught teams, delivered critical consumer products, scaled solutions, been involved in the full life cycle of many products. Recently I architected and implemented three high profile sites as the tech lead. Together the sites are handling ~600M active users, $3.8B in sales last year, 30+ markets, wide SEO/SEM reach, high traffic, and a lot of integration dependencies. As the team lead of the two projects, I enjoyed working closely with product and the executive team to deliver the foundation/catalyze to long-term company needs. As Horizons Sr. Instructor I have mentored 150+ students now working at Google, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, and other amazing startups.
