Accomplished executive with over 36 years of leadership in the Aerospace & Defense industry, specializing in Engineering, Information Technology, and business transformation. Recognized for visionary strategy and expertise in driving digital transformation across complex, regulated organizations. Currently serving as PTC’s Field Chief Technology Officer for the Federal Aerospace & Defense sector, I leverage nearly two decades of shipbuilding experience and a deep understanding of engineering and IT to shape technology strategy and lead transformative initiatives. Known for delivering results in highly regulated environments and championing innovation. Previously, I led the Digital Transformation Office at L3Harris Technologies as Senior Director of Digital Engineering Transformation, where I established the company’s digital engineering vision and strategy. I developed multi-year roadmaps and business cases that standardized engineering processes and tools across the enterprise. My career also includes senior leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, where I served as Director and Chief Architect. I led teams to design and maintain secure enterprise systems, managing significant operating budgets, and setting strategic goals. My contributions were honored with the Raytheon Integrated Defense System President’s Award and multiple CIO Awards for Excellence in Information Technology. Earlier roles include Global Services Solution Master Architect at PTC, where I deployed enterprise wide Windchill PDMLink solutions; Business Analyst and Application Developer at Computer Sciences Corporation; and Marine Piping Designer at Bath Iron Works. As an industry thought leader and sought-after speaker, I regularly present at conferences and webinars on digital engineering, agile product development, and data analytics, helping to shape the future of Aerospace & Defense.
