I build and lead technology teams, and right now I'm chasing one of the most interesting problems in enterprise tech: how a multi-company organization actually puts AI to work - in the daily workflow of real teams, not in a slide deck. At Bonaventure, I lead the AI function. I'm recruiting and leading a team of tech-forward, AI-passionate people building responsible, functional AI - the strategy, the data foundation, and the agents and tooling that let teams across the portfolio (real estate, insurance, senior living, and investment) work on their own proprietary data and move dramatically faster. In parallel, I'm CTO of Internet Subway, an ISP focused solely on multi-family - enabling seamless digital lifestyle experiences for residents and a NOI driving machine for owners. Before this I spent 15 years as SVP & CTO of Guidance Residential, building and scaling the engineering organization behind a national financial-services business. I've been shipping software for 25+ years and still keep my hands on the keyboard through Shift One Labs, where I publish open-source projects and prototypes. I'm using LinkedIn the way I wish more operators did - to compare notes.
