As a Technology Executive I have Ied Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and InfoSec. I have held executive roles primarily at public companies including CURO Financial (CURO), Enova (ENVA), and Groupon (GRPN). I focus on building Tech teams that are innovative, and effective at scale. I have led multiple cloud migrations & modernization initiatives reducing costs (yes it’s true), and increasing velocity. It is equally important to have the right team structure and culture to facilitate collaboration and productivity. Ultimately the goal is to sustain rapid release/test cycles for quick iterative improvements. I enjoy building with new technologies and I hold patents in machine learning systems. Currently, I am exploring blockchain and chatGPT/GPTx (along with the rest of the world).
