My work as an AI Strategy Consultant at Undesto.AI and Chief Learning Advisor for the LearnOps community at Cognota centers on driving measurable results and ensuring that technology acts as a high-quality accelerator for human expertise. I specialize in creating clear strategic roadmaps and optimizing learning operations to achieve significant improvements in learner engagement and performance metrics. As a premier ATD facilitator and international speaker, I lead high-impact workshops on AI implementation, working backward from skill gaps to deliver practical, result-oriented training. My commitment to the field is reflected in my role as a director at L&D Cares and my history of leadership within the ATD community, including serving as president emeritus of the Houston chapter and as a former national advisor. A recognized pioneer in learning technologies, I am the author of three ATD TD at Work publications focused on augmented reality, emerging tech adoption and AI.
