I proudly pioneered and launched an innovative leadership program as a vehicle to inspire and cultivate the next generation of managers, directors, and executive leaders. ► Several of My Proudest Accomplishments 1) Instrumental in delivering an enterprise document generation SaaS/Cloud-based solution that significantly reduced response times and resulted in new contracts from (3) top five banks. 2) Implementing an Artificial Intelligence capability into a loan review process that historically was very manual in nature. The resulting productivity improvements are substantial with double and triple the throughput. Future improvements are on the horizon. 3) Successfully incubated the technology teams in several company divisions resulting in divestiture to other investors.
