I am a technology leader with over 20 years in enterprise software, now centered on building AI-native organizations and products. Throughout my career I have built and led a CTO office grounded in an AI-first approach to solving problems, recruiting and retaining top-tier engineering talent across Product Engineering, Cybersecurity, Resilience, and Architecture. Over the past two years I have owned the vision for our embedded AI platform, applying Generative AI and agentic systems to solve challenges in the resiliency domain that were previously intractable. As executive sponsor for Fusion Framework System's ISO/IEC 42001 certification — the international standard for AI management systems — I established the governance, risk, and accountability framework that lets us deploy AI responsibly and at enterprise scale, making trustworthy AI a managed discipline rather than an afterthought. I have played a pivotal role in scaling enterprise software companies from $10M to $80M+ ACV. I have navigated multiple rounds of growth investment and led technical due diligence on deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars, consistently protecting valuation by minimizing technical debt and surfacing no findings that could impair a transaction. A platform-based engineering approach has driven industry-leading R&D efficiency measured against revenue growth across multiple investment portfolios. I am a versatile leader who scales vertically as a hands-on CTO and horizontally as a global CTO. In an agentic world, I truly believe that every leader has to be hands on, delegating work to both valuable and trusted human employees, and agentic workers.
