Remediated underperforming storage for 25%+ annual savings, scaling to 700+ users during integration. Grounded in color science and imaging, with Dolby Vision HDR and Atmos mastering. Forecasts budgets and advises leadership and finance on spend and direction. Designs for resilience with tiered disaster recovery, from hot failover to restore from backup, matched to business priorities. Orchestrates cross-functional teams across cloud, infrastructure, operations, facilities, physical security, and resource, identity, and access management, partnering with artists, creatives, executives, and finance.
