Builds and leads engineering organizations from the ground up, steering them through mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations that reshape technology to the business. Scaled from 4 New York facilities to 19 across five cities and two continents, with 20 PB of storage, 200+ VFX workstations, and editorial, sound, and finishing suites. Directs a team of more than 30 engineers, developers, and technical staff across production engineering, color science, IT, and media asset management. Architects hybrid storage, compute, and networking across on-prem data centers and public-cloud VPCs, unifying sites with a global namespace filesystem. Built a global network from scratch powering real-time streaming reviews and VDI workstations anywhere, without content leaving secure infrastructure. Remediated underperforming storage for 25%+ annual savings, scaling to 700+ users during integration. Grounded in color science and imaging, with Dolby Vision HDR and Atmos mastering.
