I build technology organizations that ship. I’m a CTO who leads global teams through the messy middle of SaaS transformation - turning connected-building complexity (devices, data, security, reliability, customers) into platforms that scale and products that sell. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led SaaS, IoT, and data/AI teams across the US, India, Canada, and South America, scaling R&D and driving modern engineering practices that increase release velocity and reduce defects.  In smart buildings specifically, I’ve taken analytics products from idea to revenue - growing ARR from zero to 8 figure ARR by transforming data into operational decisions that deliver measurable energy savings and better workplace experience.
