I am a CTO and engineering executive who helps enterprise SaaS companies scale through platform change, acquisitions, and applied AI. Over 20+ years, I have built globally distributed engineering organizations, moved founder-led on-prem products to multi-tenant SaaS, operated systems at more than one billion messages per day, and led post-acquisition platform consolidation in PE-backed and public-company environments. At Quorum, a leading public-affairs software platform, I lead Engineering, Platform, Data, Reliability, Security, IT, and AI. My recent work has centered on two related outcomes: applying AI deeply inside software delivery through reusable skills, guardrails, evaluation, and automation; and shipping AI products grounded in proprietary, permissioned data. I also led Quorum's technology, security, and AI work through the diligence supporting its 2026 strategic investment from Enlightenment Capital. My broader operating focus is engineering leverage: more predictable delivery, lower defect and operational load, disciplined R&D investment, strong production ownership, and explicit tradeoffs. I am known for calm, direct leadership and for making constraints and execution risk visible before they become expensive.
