I’m a technology executive and builder with 25+ years of experience spanning hands-on engineering, product development, and executive leadership, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Bish’s RV, one of the largest RV dealership groups in the U.S. Over the past several years, my focus has shifted from traditional digital transformation to building AI-first operating platforms and organizations across engineering, operations, sales, service, and executive and board-level decision-making. At Bish’s RV, we use AI not as a bolt-on toolset, but as a core layer of how work gets done, accelerating development, codifying institutional and tribal knowledge, and enabling teams to move faster with less friction. This includes AI-assisted engineering, multi-agent workflows, rapid prototyping with executive stakeholders, and AI-driven systems that support sales, service operations, parts workflows, and internal decision-making across 26 dealership locations. Alongside my role at Bish’s, I’m also a Co-Founder of NovaTrak, an AI-native personal asset management and valuation platform that uses computer vision and LLMs to turn a simple walk through a home into insurance and estate-ready asset intelligence. NovaTrak represents an extension of my entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building practical, high-impact AI products that solve real problems. Previously, I served as CTO at Scentsy, where I led global enterprise technology and ecommerce platforms for a $1B+ organization operating across 14 countries.
