I am the first Chief Technology Officer of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where I lead the enterprise technology strategy across IT, engineering, cybersecurity, digital development, media technology, venue infrastructure, data, and innovation. My role sits at the intersection of sports, media, live entertainment, and technology. Since joining Monumental, I have helped build the technical foundation for a modern, vertically integrated sports and entertainment company — supporting the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, Washington Mystics, Capital One Arena, and Monumental Sports Network. At MSE, our technology organization is focused on creating scalable platforms that improve the fan experience, modernize business operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and unlock new digital and media capabilities. This includes the continued evolution of Monumental Sports Network, direct-to-consumer streaming, advanced production workflows, enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, arena technology, and next-generation connectivity. I am especially proud of the progress our teams have made in helping Monumental Sports Network become a modern, fan-first regional sports media platform. That work has included the buildout of advanced production facilities, digital streaming infrastructure, and technology capabilities that support live games, enhanced broadcasts, alternative feeds, and new ways to engage fans across the DMV and beyond. We are also helping lead the technology transformation of Capital One Arena, including next-generation venue connectivity, digital signage, operational intelligence, and integrated systems designed to support world-class sports and entertainment experiences. MSE’s partnership with Cisco will make Capital One Arena one of the first sports venues in the world to deploy Cisco Wi-Fi 7 and will include a first-of-its-kind Cisco Command Center to support fan experience, venue operations, and team performance. My leadership philosophy is grounded in building high-performing teams, aligning technology directly to business outcomes, and using innovation pragmatically. I believe the best technology organizations do more than support the business — they help shape strategy, create new capabilities, and build durable competitive advantage. Prior to Monumental, I held senior media and engineering leadership roles at SiriusXM and Warner Bros. Discovery, with experience spanning broadcast systems, software platforms, cloud, digital media, live production, infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
