Enterprise software is evolving from systems of record into systems of execution and at Ceipal, I’m helping drive that transformation. As CTO, I lead the architecture, AI strategy, and engineering organization behind Ceipal’s ATS, WFM, and VMS platforms, supporting staffing and healthcare organizations across multiple geographies. Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped scale Ceipal becoming into a global SaaS platform processing hundreds of millions of resumes and powering complex recruiting, credentialing, compliance, and workforce workflows at scale. My current focus is building Ceipal’s Agentic AI Platform, leveraging LLMs, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven automation to move beyond traditional SaaS experiences into intelligent operational execution. We are actively building systems that can: Orchestrate multi-step recruiting and healthcare workflows Automate operational decision-making with human-in-the-loop governance Power AI-driven search, matching, and compliance workflows Support enterprise-grade, multi-region infrastructure and scalable AI deployment I'm particularly interested in enterprise AI adoption at scale, the Human + AI operational collaboration model, and what it means to build truly autonomous workflows in regulated industries like healthcare staffing.
