I work at the intersection of technology, leadership, and business, and I've been doing it long enough to know which of those three actually moves the needle. I'm CTO of Globant's Media, Entertainment, Sports & Hospitality Studio, where I lead technology strategy for some of the most recognized brands in the world: LA LIGA, FIFA, Formula 1, the LA Clippers, and more. My job is to translate complex technical decisions into real business outcomes, and make sure our teams actually deliver them. I joined Globant in 2006 as a developer. Over the years I've grown into Technical Director, Global Marketing Director, Chief Digital Officer, and now CTO. Before Globant, I studied Computer Science at Universidad de Buenos Aires. One of my first jobs was teaching English. That's never really left me. The way I lead, mentor, and communicate still runs on the same principle: take something complex, and explain it clearly. From Buenos Aires, I have lived in many places and am now based in Miami. When I'm not immersed in technology, I'm baking, embroidering, or deep into a Lego build.
