Today, I serve as Chief Technology Officer for a community bank, where I lead information technology, data & analytics, AI, vendor management, and physical security. Throughout my career, I've committed myself to improve customer experiences, strengthen risk management, modernize operations, and create measurable business value. My leadership journey has included helping to build data & analytics organizations, establishing a bank privacy office protecting the data for millions of customers, creating enterprise data platforms, and delivering measurable business value through machine learning, automation, analytics, and AI.
