As a thriving survivor of domestic abuse, I understand the profound challenge of learning to trust yourself again after your voice has been silenced. That lived experience fuels my work as an advocate, educator, and speaker focused on domestic violence, sexual assault, and mental health, particularly for women of all ages who are rediscovering their power. What I do: Currently serving as Ambassador for Phoenix Guardian App and Advocate for Human Options, I bridge the gap between survivor experience and systemic change. I don't just speak about recovery, I walk alongside others through it. What I bring: My approach is different. I believe optimism and positivity can be soft, patient, and deeply empowering. I help audiences understand that nothing is "wrong" with them, that their instincts are still there and worthy of trust. Through authentic storytelling and trauma-informed guidance, I create space for people to gently reconnect with their inner voice, set healthy boundaries, recognize unhelpful thought patterns, and take meaningful steps toward self-belief. What I create:I've witnessed countless individuals realize they are more capable and powerful than they've been led to believe. Healing opens the door to possibility, and life can expand in ways we never thought possible. I speak to: Organizations, advocacy groups, educational institutions, policymakers, and any community seeking to better understand the survivor experience and create lasting change.
