Brad Stone is a visionary technology and cybersecurity executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading enterprise IT, cybersecurity strategy and digital transformation across public and private sectors. Most recently, Stone served as chief information officer of a Fortune 500 global services firm with more than 35,000 employees. Recruited by the CEO to lead enterprise transformation, he reorganized a 500-person technology function, delivered 99.99 percent global IT availability and led the rollout of tools including a SaaS payroll system, an enterprise data lake and a companywide AI strategy to drive agility and integration. Managing a direct annual budget of approximately $325 million, he had full strategic and operational autonomy and led efforts that reduced enterprise risk, improved delivery and generated significant savings. He also served as acting chief data officer and CISO, securing third-party validation under the Joint Surveillance Program audit aligned with CMMC 2.0. His leadership earned recognition as the most impactful CIO in the company’s 100-year history. As a transformational cybersecurity leader, Stone has implemented Zero Trust architectures, aligned enterprise risk with evolving frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR and CMMC 2.0, and chaired corporate materiality and risk committees to modernize governance. A people-first executive, he has built and mentored high-performing teams, helped place emerging leaders in C-level roles and fostered cultures rooted in accountability and innovation.
