As Chief Technology Officer at LanguageLine Solutions, I’m responsible for technology strategy, platform engineering, and AI transformation for a mission-critical language access platform supporting healthcare, government, financial services, and other regulated industries. Our technology environment includes custom call routing, mobile applications, interpreter and client portals, real-time operational analytics, enterprise integrations, and high-availability systems that support critical human interactions every day. What matters most to me is making sure technology strengthens, rather than distances, the people at the center of those interactions. In our world, that means building systems that help interpreters, clinicians, agents, and clients connect with greater speed, clarity, reliability, and trust. My work spans secure healthcare integrations, HIPAA-aligned platforms, AI governance, operational modernization, and executive engagement with strategic clients and partners. I’m comfortable at the highest levels of strategy and communication, but I also stay deeply hands-on in architecture, implementation, and modern AI-assisted engineering. That combination of executive leadership and technical depth has been a constant through my career, from early cloud contact center platforms to secure Air Force networks to enterprise AI transformation today.
