About Brian Kenah
Brian Kenah is Chief Technology Officer at EnableComp. Location: Atlanta Metropolitan Area, United States.
I am currently the CTO at Azalea Health providing a cloud-based Electronic Health Records platform that helps underserved healthcare providers in the rural health market improve patient care and profitability. As a key member of the Executive Leadership team reporting to the CEO, I manage approximately 35 team members across the Product and Technology groups including: Engineering, Infrastructure, Security/Compliance, PMO, QA, and cross-functionally Product Management. Since taking on the CTO role, I have built the InfraSec group from the ground up, modernized the QA team and streamlined current Engineering teams realizing the highest levels of productivity, while maintaining cost efficiency. We have developed and implemented a Product strategy bringing automation and AI to the forefront of the business. This has resulted in building a new rules engine to power RCM, integrating ambient AI tools to improve the provider-patient relationship, and integrating Copilot development tools to improve Engineering efficiency. Working with key Engineering and Product leaders, we delivered a unified, streamlined SDLC that improves time-to-market, communication and efficiency across all Product and Technology organizations. Prior to Azalea Health I was with with Sharecare for 8 years - a $4B market cap company that delivers a consumer-facing health, wellness platform and coaching services for employers and enterprise health plans/systems. At Sharecare, I managed the PMO, QA and Implementation divisions responsible for timely and quality delivery from over 250 Engineering team members. This was achieved through SDLC optimizations along with improved operational processes across organizational divisions (Sales, Legal, Implementations). I helped lead the delivery of the Sharecare platform and services to the 4 largest Enterprise clients resulting in the realization of over $150M in contractual commitments. For the first 3 years at Sharecare, I served as VP of Operations for a joint venture between Sharecare and HCA that produced an online patient scheduling application. Prior to Shareare, I spent 13 years at Nextgen Healthcare leading Product and Engineering for the Enterprise Practice Management suite of products, managing a $7.5M budget and growing the Engineering and Product teams to over 50 people resulting in revenue growth of nearly $100M annually.
