I’m a technology executive with 20+ years of experience turning complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and measurable results. As Chief Technology Officer at WOW Logistics, I lead technology strategy across a multi-site warehousing and logistics organization, with responsibility spanning enterprise systems, software and product development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI, and automation. My approach to technology is business-first. I focus on where technology can reduce cost, increase productivity, create revenue, improve customer experiences, manage risk, and give people better tools to do their jobs. Throughout my career, I’ve built and launched technology products, transformed business processes, developed high-performing technology teams, and delivered solutions across logistics, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, insurance, and other industries. Those initiatives have generated millions in business value—including products producing $4M in annual subscription revenue, systems that helped eliminate $25M in fraudulent claims, significant operating-cost reductions, and measurable improvements in customer and operational performance. Today, I'm particularly focused on the practical application of AI and automation. I see AI not simply as a productivity tool, but as an opportunity to redesign workflows, eliminate repetitive work, improve decision-making, and fundamentally change how organizations operate. I believe successful technology leadership requires understanding the business before choosing the technology. That means working alongside customers and operational teams, using data to understand the problem, building solutions people will actually use, measuring the results, and continuously improving.
