Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity, consumer platforms, data, and commerce. While the industries have changed, the challenge has remained remarkably consistent: building products that customers love, scaling the platforms behind them, and creating organizations that can continuously innovate. Today, as Chief Technology Officer at Lightspeed Commerce, I help shape the company's technology strategy, platform evolution, and AI direction as we build the future of commerce for retailers and hospitality businesses around the world. I'm particularly interested in how AI is changing both the products we create and the way we create them, enabling software that understands context, makes better decisions, and increasingly works alongside people rather than simply serving them. Before joining Lightspeed, I served as CTO at Okta and Glassdoor, where I led global technology organizations through platform modernization, international expansion, AI adoption, and periods of rapid growth and transformation. I also advise several early-stage cybersecurity companies, working with founders on technology strategy, product direction, organizational scale, and AI.
