Over the last 15+ years, I’ve helped build and scale engineering teams, modernize delivery organizations, and design systems that support both speed and long-term sustainability. My experience spans enterprise platforms, product engineering, workflow modernization, and operational transformation across growing technology organizations. A large part of my work focuses on helping engineering teams operate with stronger product context — not just delivering features, but understanding the business problem, customer impact, operational tradeoffs, and execution constraints behind what they build. My areas of focus include: Scaling engineering organizations with clear ownership and execution discipline Building high-trust delivery systems across engineering, product, and leadership Designing architectures that balance maintainability, velocity, and business adaptability Introducing AI and automation into operational workflows in ways that are practical and measurable Improving engineering effectiveness through better systems, processes, and decision visibility Building AI-assisted internal platforms for workflow intelligence, execution support, and operational efficiency I’m particularly interested in applied AI systems that augment decision-making and reduce operational friction — especially in engineering, workforce operations, and enterprise execution environments. Technically, I’ve worked across platform engineering, delivery systems, workflow automation, mobile ecosystems, enterprise architecture, and AI-enabled operational tooling.
