With over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology platforms, I currently serve as CTO of Eltropy, where I lead engineering, data, AI, and product organizations focused on transforming how financial institutions engage with their customers. My teams design and operate highly available, cloud-native systems that process millions of interactions and transactions while meeting the stringent security, compliance, and reliability requirements of the financial services industry. A significant part of my focus today is driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) across both products and engineering organizations. From embedding AI-powered experiences into customer-facing solutions to leveraging generative AI for software development, quality engineering, operational excellence, and knowledge management, I am passionate about turning AI innovation into measurable business outcomes. I believe the greatest impact of AI comes not only from the products we build, but also from how it transforms the way engineering teams design, develop, test, and operate software.
