Teams were juggling multiple tools, spreadsheets, and endless messages across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and web chat just to keep their business running. Everyone was busy, but few were truly productive. That’s what inspired me to build Jugl not as another app, but as a smarter way to help businesses operate efficiently. We started by solving the operations pain streamlining workflows, task tracking, and team coordination. But the deeper we went, the more we saw that communication was the backbone of every operation. So we connected it all combining AI, automation, and omnichannel messaging to help businesses manage both their internal operations and customer interactions in one place. Today, my focus is on helping SMEs run smarter, automate the repetitive stuff, and give their teams time to focus on growth instead of chaos.
