I'm an engineering leader who specializes in building the platforms that let engineering teams move faster. My background started in systems administration and networking, but over the last fifteen-plus years it's evolved through DevOps, cloud architecture, platform engineering, and now AI infrastructure and product leadership. One of the things that has been consistent throughout my career is that I enjoy taking complex technical problems and turning them into scalable, reliable systems. I've built and operated everything from bare-metal infrastructure to Kubernetes platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. More recently I've been leading teams building AI products, modern cloud platforms, and the engineering infrastructure that supports them. Before entering the private sector, I served as a Signal Officer in the Army, where I learned to lead technical teams in high-pressure environments. That experience shaped how I approach engineering today: build resilient systems, communicate clearly, and invest heavily in mentoring people. Whether I'm writing Python, designing cloud architecture, improving CI/CD pipelines, or working with executives on product strategy and go-to-market plans, I enjoy operating at the intersection of technology and leadership. My goal is always the same: build platforms that engineers love to use and organizations can confidently scale.
