I am the Chief Technology Officer of an early-stage AI x spatial biology company, where I lead the development of computational models and analysis systems that turn complex tissue data into usable results. I completed my PhD through the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program in Faisal Mahmood’s lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. My research used biological structure, including pathways, stains, genomic data, and protein markers, to train foundation models for pathology and spatial biology, including THREADS, TITAN, MADELEINE, and KRONOS. I also co-led a Nature Medicine study auditing demographic bias in computational pathology models. Today, I focus on translating advances in multimodal biomedical AI into reliable spatial biology workflows. If you are working in similar areas, would love to connect!
