Mr. Shagoury is responsible for creating and executing on our technology vision and strategy that will keep us competitive, innovative and differentiated by leveraging industry insights, new technologies and innovative design. He manages Kyndryl’s technology research, development, enterprise architecture, and advanced engineering efforts; collectively overseeing the advancement and operation of our strategic platform that will underpin our position as a global leader and innovator in managed technology services.
