Experience working with financial, healthcare, and government organizations for intelligence and space programs and formerly having TS/SCI FSP clearance. I am a data driven, product-oriented, customer focused technology leader who has grown teams from small sized to large and managed over 400+ sized teams, operated international teams both in Asia, EU, and Australia. Most recently have been leading the engineering initiatives for Search, Data Platforms & Analytics, Video platforms(AI/ML/CV image processing), Payments, and Digital Marketing while partnering with product executives to drive customer workflows and product needs. I have extensive experience driving high quality operational metrics and supporting the strategy of business goals with highly scalable cloud platforms and infrastructures. Previously responsible for managing multiple global product, engineering, and design teams with international consumer and enterprise customers up to $120M ARR, responsible for increasing revenue, decreasing churn, and improving platform engagement and stickiness. I have experience raising startup funds (seed, series A/B), served as board advisor, conducted many due diligence exercises for acquisitions, and helped acquire both US and international companies. Happy to connect with VCs and other startups to network and learn more always. I also have an extensive background in managing large organizations and teams, building org designs to support the business while executing large scale engineering & product problems. In my free time, I've done some development playing around with the Unity3D engine learning more about AR/VR, built some microapps on blockchain technology (ether), and developed some features with IoT.
