About Anaf Durrani
Anaf Durrani is Chief Technology Officer | Ford Pro | Service Distribution at Ford Motor Company. Location: Greater Chicago Area, United States.
I build global technology organizations that turn AI, software and data into scalable customer and business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have helped global brands use technology not simply to modernize, but to improve how they serve customers, operate at scale and compete. Across Motorola, Orbitz, Ticketmaster, Cigna, Grainger and now Ford, I've led significant change, modernizing platforms, evolving engineering cultures and partnering with business leaders to transform how companies operate and deliver value. My experience spans fast-growing businesses through to some of the world's largest enterprises. While scale changes the complexity, I've learned that the fundamentals remain remarkably consistent: strong leadership, close business partnership and a relentless focus on the customer. Today, my teams span North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, delivering software-defined products, intelligent customer experiences, enterprise platforms and AI-enabled capabilities that help customers, dealers and partners operate more effectively. As technology becomes increasingly central to business strategy, I focus on building the capabilities needed to compete in an AI-driven economy: modernizing platforms, treating data as a strategic asset, accelerating product innovation and creating operating models that respond quickly to changing customer and market needs. Technology should create sustainable competitive advantage, accelerate growth and unlock new sources of value. AI should be embedded into products, engineering practices and decision-making in ways that augment human capability and create measurable business value. I believe those who successfully combine human ingenuity, data and AI will define the next generation of customer experiences. My expertise includes enterprise technology strategy, AI-enabled products, software-defined experiences, product engineering, cloud platforms, enterprise modernization, data-driven innovation and global technology leadership. Outside of my day-to-day role, I enjoy sharing perspectives on technology leadership, AI strategy, engineering culture and the future of software-defined businesses.
