I lead technology and AI strategy for a Blackstone-backed hospitality real estate portfolio - one of the leading lodging investment platforms in the U.S. My role operates at the intersection of technology leadership and investment value creation—shaping how an ownership platform underwrites, allocates capital, and manages performance at scale. My career has been built around a simple thesis: the next competitive edge is not more data, but faster, higher-quality decisions. At Blackstone Real Estate - Hotels & Resorts, we’re institutionalizing that thesis into an ownership-level intelligence system—turning financial, operating, and market signals into decision-ready insight and board-ready narrative continuously. The goal is a portfolio-wide repeatable playbook for intelligence that compounds across assets and over time. Previously, I built analytics organizations and data platforms at Conduent, led technology across a global commercial real estate portfolio at Tishman Speyer, and managed large-scale data programs at Pfizer. Earlier, I consulted for Disney, Boeing, and AT&T—experiences that reinforced a core belief: value is created (or lost) in the gap between data and decisions. I partner closely with executive leadership and investors on value creation priorities—translating strategy into repeatable capabilities. I’m most energized in environments where technology is a strategic lever—not a cost center—and where the CTO is expected to shape outcomes.
