We build companies by building products. Over the past two decades I've helped launch, scale, acquire, and operate technology businesses across media, SaaS, AI, and franchising. I enjoy taking complicated operational problems and turning them into software that people actually want to use. Today I'm Founder, Managing Partner, and CTO of Apex Point Equity, where my partner Eric Spielman and I acquire vertical SaaS businesses and operate them ourselves. Our philosophy is simple: we don't buy companies to flip them—we buy them to build them. That philosophy led us to acquire FranFunnel, where I serve as CTO. We help franchise brands, consultants, and franchise sales organizations engage candidates faster, automate the busy work, and convert more prospects into franchise owners. Our platform combines AI-powered engagement, intelligent workflows, CRM integrations, and automation to help franchise development teams spend more time selling and less time managing software. Millions of franchise candidates have moved through systems we've built. Before Apex Point, I co-founded Atmosphere TV and served as its Chief Technology Officer, helping build one of the largest streaming television networks for businesses in North America. I'm proud to continue as a co-founder and remain involved in the company's long-term success. Prior to that, I served as CTO of theCHIVE and continue as a partner in Chive Media Group. During my time there, we built products and platforms that reached millions of users every month while scaling the technology behind one of the internet's most recognized digital media brands. Across every company I've worked on, the common thread has been building products, engineering organizations, and technology that scales. Today my focus is increasingly on applied AI—not as a novelty, but as a practical way to automate work, improve decision-making, and fundamentally change how businesses operate.
