Howdy! With a solid track record in growth engineering, consulting, and software development, I’m passionate about building solutions that genuinely make a difference. My background in growth engineering means I’m always looking for ways to optimize and enhance product performance, using data to help products reach their full potential and connect better with users. On the consulting side, I really enjoy working with clients to understand what they need and figure out the best way to solve their challenges. It’s important to me to make sure that the technical side aligns with their business goals, so every project we take on together adds real value. Technically, I’m a backend developer who specializes in Ruby on Rails along with a range of tools and frameworks like JavaScript (ES6+), Hotwire, Stimulus, Tailwind CSS, React, and Ember. I’ve worked with backend tools like Sidekiq, RSpec, FactoryBot, PostgreSQL, Heroku, MongoDB, and OpenAPI to create solid, scalable applications. I also use tools like Jira, Linear, and Notion for project management and collaboration, keeping things organized and ensuring we’re all on the same page. Mentoring junior engineers is a big part of what I do, and I love helping others grow. I believe that good communication and a collaborative environment are key to a team’s success.
