I’m a technology executive passionate about transforming complex business operations into intelligent, automated systems that scale effortlessly. Over the past decade, I’ve led automation, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives that redefine how organizations operate — making technology invisible and operations seamless. As Director of Automation at Billtrust, I’ve architected enterprise frameworks that connect data, systems, and people — helping scale total payment volume from tens of millions to nearly $1 billion monthly. My work focuses on automation strategy and building high-reliability systems that support tens of thousands of daily transactions and thousands of automated reports. As Founder & CTO of EEZYCLOUD, I developed a breakthrough in QuickBooks Desktop hosting — enabling multiple customers and versions to run on a single system without virtualization. The platform includes self-healing automation, dramatically reducing downtime and support demand. Previously, as Director of Infrastructure at CardConnect, I managed PCI-compliant network, datacenter, and security operations while leading internal IT and support teams. I built resilient environments capable of handling hundreds of financial transactions per second and supported the growth that made large-scale automation possible. Beyond technology, I’ve also built and led successful hospitality ventures — including a restaurant, nightclub, banquet facility, and pizzeria. Under my leadership, our restaurant grew annual revenue from $1.5M to over $2M, and I scaled a pizzeria from startup to $20K in weekly sales within its first year. At my core, I’m driven by the challenge of removing complexity — designing systems that learn, adapt, and evolve. My mission is to build technology that empowers organizations to move faster, make better decisions, and do more with less.
