Aaron Leiberman is Chief Technology Officer at ConRes. Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States.

As CTO at ConRes, I’m responsible for the strategic technology direction, and aligning our organization to the current and future technology demands. This allows me to have oversight of AI, Cloud, Data Center, Network, DevOps, Collaboration, Integration, and Cybersecurity teams within ConRes. Leading the team of 100+ dedicated technology professionals and countless partnerships, our team focuses on best of breed solutions and innovations to deliver success to customers, through long-term relationships. As a 20 year veteran of ConRes, I spend a great deal of time ushering in new solutions and services to client challenges in a highly consultative manor. Our focus is to help organizations use technology, while assuring the delivery of high touch service and trust that customers have come to expect from ConRes for 60+ years. I take great pride in leading our technology solutions and services and working closely with a diverse group of teams across the organization to advance capabilities in hybrid cloud, data center modernization, and managed services. I most enjoy initiatives that help customers navigate digital transformation, with an emphasis on practical outcomes, technical integration, and long-term value. Additionally, I’ve stayed at the forefront of ConRes' AI strategy, providing consulting and developing offerings that integrate infrastructure, data, and automation. Outside of my day-to-day responsibilities, I contribute to the broader IT community through speaking engagements, participation in the Society for Information Management (SIM), and ongoing mentorship.
